I'll think I'll dream of you tonight,
Like I have done so many other times.

I've been waiting all this time,
Yet I knew I would fall for you from the start.

In your eyes I saw all the missing pieces,
I saw an endless horizon bordering an endless ocean.

I knew when I touched you from the electricity in the air,
You were sacred territory, but i didn't really care.

Now I have taken more than my fair share from this holy shrine,
BItterness fills me when I know I'll regret my actions in good time.
