Remembering 06

This year, I was young and wild.
The year I won't ever forget.
This year I felt like such a child.
And there's things that I regret.

I found love this year at a dance.
I found out who were my friends.
I'm going to improve my stance.
And I'm ready to start over again.

I turned fifteen, and had a blast.
I had my first date with my love.
All that I did will be part of the past.
And I'll keep all the new above.

Today is the last day of 2006.
And few hours away from '07.
Though it's my love that I miss.
He'll still be closer to heaven.

I lost my two family members.
My dad came to visit me at home.
They'll be the memory I'll remember.
And all be once again all alone.

Good-bye 2006, and farewell.
This was the greatest year.
My dreams and life was swell.
And I overcome my greatest fear.
