Family

by Gasttlee   Jan 2, 2007

What is family?
More than lovely.

When life's too tough to bare,
they are there
to always care.

When you're in a bubble,
they arrive on double.

Families aren't just blood or birth
for others are of worth.

You stick together
through wicked weather.

When you feel sway
they find your way.

You share attitudes
with your own aptitudes.

You share feelings
to help healings.

Your love always looms
as your heart blooms.

You show support
as a jury in court.

Overall, your family is one of your own.
So be there for each other and you'll never be alone.

That is adorable. Some people don't really understand what family is there for, and this tells is perfectly.

Honestly, it was a good poem.
    But, I hated the rhyme.
I've recently tried unrhyming poetry, and it rules.
I think you could pull it off, because the rhyme seems forced, very forced in this poem.

I like the way you have protrayed the closeness of family in your poem. Good job!
