PRETENDER

by emuesiri osama   Jan 2, 2007

Confused with the arrows of passion
Fear of being rejected
Nursing and possessed by ravaging love
Pregnant with the fetus of love
She pretends
Saying: ‘I do not love you’
Dying with a heart in love
Piercing herself with the pin of affection
she still pretends
In her heart she longs and dies for him
But by her will she hates and rejects
Him
Oh! Little does she knows that
The heart is the commander of the head
Why pretend?
When hands are widely opened for you?
Why say no when you meant yes?
O lady,
You are a pretender
