Fading memeory

What is left but a memory
that is fading with each passing days
my heart is craving for you
as my soul is in need of your comfort
but you are never there
and the tears and pain are too real
my hear feels with each beat
and sufferer's for what u denied me

i ask you and I
why did you forsake me
was it because i lied
or was it i wasn't good enough
or perhaps you found your comfort in the heart of another?

    I tried hard to not write or read poetry again, but reading poems like this, I cannot hold myself from commenting on them.
    I am speechless here trying to find some word to write my comments but I cannot. The only thing I will ask the writer of this poem which is you is what if there is another reason other than the three you mentioned?
    I cannot answer you questions as I dont know who you wrote it to, but i am sure it cannot be 2nd and 3rd question because you are good and I dont think a heart can survise easiely to find comfort in another heart,
    I hope you get my point,
    Overall a very nicely written poem with great word choice, it is one of your those poems that i want to read it over and over.
