Heartbreak
makes my whole body quake
heartache
makes my soul shake
and you stand there
as though nothing is wrong
you flip me like a switch
from off to on
my emotions you controlled
my heart you no longer have hold
i'm breaking free from your grasp
i can no longer take it
these feelings i had for you no longer last
i'm finally free from you
you were once my future now your my past
i no longer have to look back
thank you
