Fallen leaves, Mended soul

by Toyona   Jan 2, 2007

The world can't ever see beyond us lies that I know...

Your eyes tell me that you knew, that you made it up all, but you won't however mind, no matter how long you hear my hushed cries.

Life seems easy to defy, well its the start now.

Silence stares out of our dusk, you didn't know you're blind to see it all.

Such a play you think you can show
and how far will you go?

Without a sound you'll walk away,
without a sound I'll keep my pace.
I'll kindle a star of a love,
I'll burn a stillness unknown
and it won't matter much if you shun me out.

Simmer it down before it gets too cold. I can feel it creeping up on me.

Trying to stand my ground for yourself now?
I won't go where I'll be held by fears, so tight.
I never knew for what I was paid,
I never saw what you've lived for,
I will make my soul perish there, all night, believing that will leave a mark of mine.

Shush my child, candle light will make way to our dawn. Let not flaring smoke catch you with arms open wide.

Fancy not my ghastly wits, let yourself live precious, I know you're fated.
Watch, wait
Cold, gray, my nightfall hasn't sung yet.
