Whispers From The Oceon

by Senor Sawyer   Jan 2, 2007

Sitting here, peering out into the blue.
With nothing but this amber glow, for warmth.
The air has your name, stitched into it's breeze.
And the waves remind me of your hair.
I wish you were here.
To see this natural beauty.
To realize that to you, it cant compare.

We could sit here for hours, wrapped up in these sandy blankets.
Sharing, keeping each other warm.
As the sun retires behind the horizon.
Were left dark and cold.
But not alone.

But our grip was sailed away.
Like a ship lost out at sea.
Its never coming back.
You're never coming back, here to me.

So i sit here, with no light upon my page.
I cant think. I'm submerged in memory.
I wish you could see this.
Rest you head against my shoulder.
Instead i find an empty shore.
Loneliness has raped this beach
Were you once left with the fleeing tide.
