So today i was thinking
watching the traffic lights blinking
how theyre kinda just like us
something we can trust
so i looked back on life
the happiness and the strife
and i noticed that through my hard times
someone who was always there, was a good friend of mine
when it was raining she was my sun
she wasnt just anyone
she was more than just a friend
cause i knew she d be there until the end
and when things didnt turn out as planned
she put out her hand
she was always there
she was the one that cared
and the hardest part
was knowing from the very start
that i couldnt keep the pain away
and that everyone goes away someday
but i dont think i could live without her by my side
and all i can say is i tried
and i know that i dont do as much as i could for you
but i promise that i\'ll always be your BEST friend in the whole wide world for as long as we live and 5 trillion milleniums after that, and thats the truth
