Love From the Heart

by Rachael   Jan 3, 2007

Everyday you tell me you love me,
Yet no one can believe that of your reputation.
Your friends tell me am just getting used by you,
After you leave me alone with them.
When were alone it is the most amazing thing,
Romantic and passionate.
I think of you as my best friend and a man making a life foe himself.
When you told me you are only going to school to better yourself,
So you can be something I can be proud of,
I knew more than anything in my life that I really loved you.
You’re my biggest supporter in life.
In a sea of people you picked me when you could have had woman as old as you,
And beautiful. You lead me to the light,
When I was scared of the dark.
You know you’re my everything.
I want you to know you will never have more love in your heart,
Than I have for you.

Pretty good poem you have here, sweet. I'd love to see it augmented in structure and grammar in the future, since it is a poem with great promise. Nevertheless, it's indeed a fine tribute for the one you loved. Take care now. (I appreciate your input on my work.)
