Raisng a child

Raising a child is so hard to do ,
to teach them right from wrong.
Mixed messages from society we are up against ,
being a parent we have to be strong.
I'm raising my boys the best I can ,
decent adults I want them to be.
In this world I wonder if its possible ,
theres just so much bad to see.
I don't intend to give up ,
teaching them what I think is right.
Protecting them from all thats bad ,
building for them a future thats bright.
