I really liked this.
I thought the imagery was fantastic.
The wording was a joy to read.
And I thought the rhyme scheme and flow worked very well.
I liked the fact it was so heartfelt and moving.

I liked the idea of this poem, I'm sure alot of people feel the same way, I can relate to pretty much every song i hear in some way. You kept a stead rhythm through the whole poem, and i liked the way you repeated one of the verse, but changed a few words, very well done. I didn't really like this stanza:

I can't get you out of my head
I said I can't
your smile
your laugh
your eyes
your charisma
you

I think it kind of threw off the rhythm. Other than that, i really enjoyed this poem, great work.

I have to say your rhyming is beautiful. You just need some work on the flow. Some lines are too long and some are too short, count your syllables. They should be a like not 5, 9 but like 8,9 or 5,6 something close. Thats all I can think of to critize this. But it was beautifully written. Amazing Job! This stanza I loved the best, it rhymed and flowed very smoothly:

So I am convinced that every song
is telling me where I want to belong
The radio plays the heartbreaking tune
that makes me keep dreaming about you.

Ya know, i think i understand about the song part. The mental fight.. not so much. but that doesn't change the fact that its a great poem. It seems like, sometimes when listening to the radio, every song is talking directly to you.. or am I completely wrong? lol

Never ever read anything like this for sure. Such an important role is played by radio but we never give any importance...glad u did it while blending with your emotions...great write indeed.
