Pain with Joy

I may be in pain
forgetting things easily
and I know things will never be the same,

But there is someone I will never forget
her long hair and beautiful eyes
and falling for her I will not regret,

Hugging her each and everyday
hearing her voice and watching her smile
brightens the world day by day,

Having her in my sight
eases my pain with great importance
with me thinking of her both day and night,

I grabbed her hand
and told her I loved her but she never thought
that my love for her could only expand.
