For My Mother Who

by Jessica   Jan 4, 2007

For My Mother Who
fed me when i was hungry
bathed me when i was dirty
played with me when i was bored
cheered me up when i was blue
took the pain of having me
loved me always

For My Mother Who
joked with me when i was down
helped me with my homework
drove me to school everyday
understood my pain and stress
stopped the tears from coming down my face
loved me always

For My Mother Who
tucked me in at night
kissed my cheek everyday
always asked how my day was
was always there when i needed her
raised me as a good child
loved me always

I SO WANT TO GIVE THIS TO MY MOM! If I gave you credit could I do that? I mean this was amazing like it should be in a Hallmark card or something. Beautiful thoughts, each line original and taking on the different things a self-sacrificing mother does. Great job! Glad I read this!
