In Justice

by sarah   Jan 4, 2007

You were stabbed through the stomach and then the heart.
The thought of this ten months later still tears me apart.

You died and they only got sentenced to six years in prison.
When I heard the verdict I screamed you got to be kidding.

I can not believe it, six years is all they got for taking your life.
Even though you done nothing and they still dug in that knife.

I guess it wasn't the judge who cared and loved you.
It wasn't him who had to watch as your lips turned blue.

It wasn't the judge's partner who was taking.
It wasn't him Left with a heart that
is aching.

It wasn't the judges son who was stabbed in the heart.
It wasn't him who lost his son and
left torn apart.

It wasn't the judge's who had to watch there brother dying.
It wasn't him left with sleepless night's kept awake crying.
