In Wonderland

by RainbowSlider   Jan 4, 2007

In wonderland there are no guns.
Just Alice and she is a lot of fun.
She is so confused but that is OK.
She will catch her rabbit someday.

In wonderland there are no bars.
No need for buses, trucks or cars.
Nothing makes any sense at all.
It is like one big masquerade ball.

In wonderland there is no reason.
All the rhyming is out of season.
The players come and they go.
Some come just for the big show.

In wonderland the queen is disturbed.
Alice keeps the queen all perturbed.
The cards keep shuffling all the day.
Keeps the players dealing that way.

In wonderland the nights are long.
So Alice just keeps singing a song.
She sings such a nice, pretty tune.
On a mushroom she awaits full moon.

    Marvelous.
I love that you (again) use Alice in Wonderland.
Nice steady rythm and beautifully created atmosphere.
