Burning in my Eyes

Cut into me hard
Wounds are so deep
That they never show
But blood will seep

Like glass shards
Dug into my skin
Daggers on the inside
Killing me within

Pain red and hot
Coals deep inside
Burning so slowly
Able to hide

All bottled up inside
Can you not see
These hidden wounds
Are slowly killing me

They try to hide
But theres no diguise
They'll see the pain
Burning in my eyes
