I Wish Some Days Would Go Away

I wish some dreams would go away
When they turn into nightmares
I wish some memories just would end
But they always seem to stay there

I wish this dream would go away;
I wish that I could heal
Sometimes I want to go to sleep
And not know what is real

The pain of neverending wait
The questions in my heart
Wish it'd leave me alone
And the ending? Don't even start

I miss the world of yesterday;
I miss many of my tears
Some days I miss my worries
Some days I miss my fears

I wish that I could leave
For just one simple minute
But when I try to walk away
I seem to fall back into it
