Were the feelings even there?
You said that you wanted me
Did you even care?
You said that you needed me
Was that just another lie that just slipped by?

You said that you always would be there for me
Why? Cause you did not want the truth to make me cry?
You said I was the one
How come?

The tears you tired to prevent
Came months later doubled up
The fears you had destined for me
