It all started with a guy and a girl
A pair of friend that was very special to recall
For they hid their feelings inside
And never spoke it out even for a while

The guy was a two-timer and a heart-breaker
The girl was too good to be true but a man-hater
They were the total opposite of one another
But needless to say, they loved each other

Everytime the girl cried
The guy would simply passed-by
Would pat her in the back and never leave her side
Until all were ok, until she's ready to smile

His friends said he didn't deserve her
That a man like him couldn't stay in-love longer
But he didn't believe what they dared to say
Maybe someday, he hoped, they'll be a pair

She agreed with her heart, she's a man-hater no more
For she found him and loved him, so infinite, so pure
But she had all this fear for an end
That when she confessed, she'll going to lose a friend

Time passed, time wasted, time moved
Still, nobody dared to face the risk of love
Until somebody came and courted the girl, she said yes to a date
Hoping the guy would get jealous and would ask her out, she'll wait

The guy was hurt, felt jealousy burning inside his chest
But he didn't want to show the feelings to his BEST
His hoped for them to be lovers died instantly
He decided to leave, to heal his heart that's too achy

3 years after, he came back with a wife he called "honey"
He married her only to show his BEST that he's happy
He looked for her but found no mark of her in the city
Maybe she's married to another too, his heart thought painfully

He called her parents and asked where was she
They said it has been almost 3 years since she left to look for somebody
His heart started breaking, "So she only waited for me to leave,
So she could look for the man she truly needs"

He was about to say goodbye but he heard a word "heartbreaker"
He asked "what?"they said she's looking for her best, the heartbreaker
That she wanted to make her heart whole again because she can't recover
When her man left her and made her heart a pain bearer
