Deceived

by Heon   Jan 10, 2007

I once saw her lonely

Now she's surrounded by a bevy of admirers.

I once thought her angelic, perfect.

Then she cast off her mask

Revealing the viper

Hissing and spitting

Venomous,

Cruel,

Cold,

Hard.

I was disgusted, horrified.

My back stiffened with resolve

As i plotted revenge

For both pain and betrayal

I meant to destroy her,

Once and for all.

Then i will be safe.
