Is what you get
You knew this
When we first met

We hadn't been
Together long
When you decided
I was wrong

You didn't approve
Of how I dressed
It was the first
Thing you confessed

Then we moved on
To guys as friends
You said you wanted
That to end

I can't change
The way I act
Not for a boy
I made a pact

So now we're over
Don't forget
What you see

    This is cute. Shouldn't this line:

    "To guys as friends"

    Read "two guys as friends?"

    The message in this is also true. People meet people and they act or look a certain way and after a relationship is started they decide they want them to change something....

    Another great poem i've read by you, the flow was great and i totally loved the whole point of the poem, no girl should ever change who she is for a guy and vice versa.

    I loved this poem sweetie! And sorry to hear about your stomach pains and your nan. I hope your both okay. I don't know whyJake broke up with me. I was like....soo upset! And he didn't even say it to my face. He had my friend tell me. What a jerk, right! Anyways....Thanks for the comment and support.
