I Don't Love You Anymore- ReWrite

I Don't Love You Anymore

I Don't Love You Anymore dad,
Never made a life for me to live in,
You lost everything you had,
Now, you made loving you a sin.

Don't come 'round no more dad,
I don’t need you around,
I don't see the hero I once had,
The dad who never brought me down.

All it seems is I make you mad,
And you yell at me,
And rapidly happiness declines to sad,
I don't say anything just listening to you fuss.

I hate the way you,
Always got to beat on me and throw me to the floor,
Drugs got you so messed you never knew,
I Don't Love You Anymore.

Never gave a damn,
Never let you in,
You’re just the devil of the hand,
Nothing but a sin.

I'm always abused by you,
Nothing matters anymore,
I'm through,
I'm sore.

You're always high on drugs,
And coming home drunk from the bar,
Nothing but one of the thugs,
Leaving me with one more scar.

Dad I'll say this again before I walk away,
I hate you,
Dad I'll say this one last time,
I Don't Love You Anymore!

    Or
    I'm always abused by you,
    Nothing matters anymore,
now i say we are through,
    i'm tired of this pain
as you trample my heart to the floor

That was a decent poem. but i feel it could be better. the emotions and imagery was very good but it just didnt flow quite as well as it should. the poem just had a few sentences letting it down. eg
    "You're always high on drugs,
    coming home from the bar,
Nothing but one of the thugs,
Leaving me with one more scar. " but maybe thats just my opinion.
    good poem never-the-less

Very sad poem, my daughter always says she hates her dad and she's only seven, I guess some men just don't realize the effect on their kids when they do things like this, or even leave. I hope your okay and again this is a great poem.
