Oh plz keep on writing not just for everyone else but for yourself this person is a jerk and yiu can ignore them because every single one of your poems is worth a 5 and if this person or persons want to be an idiot then ignore that because all of your work to me and every1 else is worth a 100/5

Dont be discouraged by anyone who votes one, it means nothing!!!!!! I write my own feelings, they are mine! i post because i want to help others who feel just as bad as me, and if they can relate and it stops their pain then at least this world is a lil bit better for someone :) Dont take it to heart in todays world is HARD to find decent people so stick to the ones that are, think of the good coments, try to ignore the bad, and remember jeleousy and greed make people do stupid things :) your poems are great and your feeling are geuine so keep writing!!!!! :)

chance may be that theyve 4gotten about you and so maybe this wont happen again you have my full support and ill help you getting back on your feet and next time a loser votes 1 it wont matter because it will be 1 vote of 1 in a hundred

Please dave dont stop writing just because this one person wants to be an idiot and spoil all your hard work, which by the way he isnt. Your writing is fantastic and and most of all they are yours. Something which no one can take away from you.

Omg! plz do not stop writing...ur writing is amazing..some people just dont want 2 admit that other people's poems are better then their own.. i love ur poems. i love reading them. please keep submitting them. if you get anymore poems plz tell me and i will be happy 2 read, comment and vote on them.your writing is excellent.. you've dont a great job on all of the ones that i read..take care!

You should definitely keep writing despite what other people may think. Honest! Besides, it happens to many of us here and there.

I would NEVER vote any of ur poems a 1... ok, i would if it was totally horrible, but you're too good of a writer to write a bad poem. your poems are amazing, never stop!

I am glad that you have made this point, because it is true. You should not let it hurt your feelings though. Maybe someone was jealous or they just don't know a thing about poetry. I have read ones I know are definetly a 5 and they get voted down as well. Your poem to your girlfriend was sweet and beautiful, if my opinion means anything. I was honest with my comments on your poems. If I found a mistake I would have pointed it out or made suggestions on how to improve as I usually do. I don't do that to offend people, I do it as constructive criticism as I hope one would be so kind to offer me. If someone down votes a poem, especially with a one they should have valid reasons and post their critique in a comment. Otherwise, their vote shouldn't matter to you. I hope your girlfriend like the poem and if she did, that should be all that matters to you. Don't let someones ignorance discourage you from posting your poems!:)

Thankyou for deciding to continue to submit your poems. I really enjoy reading them, as does other people, by the support you have gotten in your comments of this. I'm glad to hear that admin deleted the unfair voting, you sure didn't deserve it. Hopefully they won't do it again. If they do though, don't let it get to you, or hurt your feelings. That is just someone who has nothing better to do than vote down your poems. Just pay attention to the comments, the positive feedback. Well now i'm off to read more poem's of yours. Keep them coming. =]

Dave i wont repeat wat everyone that loves ur writing (as do i) has said. U have som many ppl in ur support one person cant ruin it. I know that and im sure deep down you do too. Be strong dave no one can take u down to their level ur too strong for that. Keep it up and thx everyone for supporting dave. Dave's poems foreva woo!

Don't stop writing. Maybe that one person doesn't like your poems. But that doesn't count for all of us!.. Most people love your poems as far as I can see. So please keep writing for those who like them, including myself.
