When Darkness Sings

When darkness comes
and love is gone
the darkness will sing
it's sad, sad song

I'll taste my sorrow
thats dripping from my eyes
with the hate that overcomes me
I cannot easily disguise

the deep enchanted voices
that ring out through the night
are the echos of my broken heart
as I scream with all my might

the music I can hear
is embedded in my veins
as the frozen earthly wonders
grip my each and every pain

I will no longer run
from the darkness and it's voice
but I will sing along in agony
for it's now my only choice
