I curse the day I met him
When I began to fall apart,
I curse the day I fell for him
And gave away my heart.
I curse the day he took my heart
For his could never be mine,
I curse the day he said he would love me
Till the end of all time.
I curse the day he held me
My heart feeling so full,
I curse the day he kissed me
Making me feel so whole.

I curse the day I fell in love again
With you of gentle heart,
I curse this emotion I am feeling
For my heart is shattering apart.
I curse the day you saw me
For the person that reigns inside,
I curse that day over and over
For this curse I've tried to hide.
I curse the very day
I became one of the damned,
For I cursed myself eternally
For the love I could never have.
