Starvation's Diet

An aching pain ripping me apart,
A cold deep inside my soul.
Starvation’s diet, deceasing starts,
Confusion leaves a gaping hole.
Blinded by the need to be perfect and thin,
Oblivious to my mistakes day after day.
This insane obsession is sinking in,
I keep going on, in the mirror I stay
