I've Lost But I've Gained

I may have lost a lot in my life
Including the guy that I love
But even though I lost everything
I'm not choosing to give up

I still have all of my friends
And they're there for me 24/7
Even though I have no more love from him
They make me feel like I'm in heaven

I lost but I have also gained
My friends care for me even more
They understand what I've gone through
And they know what I'm sad for

My friends are always there for me
And they help me when I'm sad
And I've lost a lot in my life
Now I'm starting to see what I always had

(My friends helped me through a terrible break up. *Cough cough* Gem...you were one of them)

    I'm so glad you had freind there with you. When my boyfriend first broke up with me I secluded myself and that just made things worse, its great you're feeling better. But again, if you ever want to PM me go ahead, I'd love to help or just give a laugh :)
