About to Fall

I'm lost within a place that I used to know,
So scared and confused which way do I go?
I can't go on living this way too much longer,
If only I could become that much stronger.
Tears run down my cheeks as I hide from it all,
I'm teetering on the edge just about to fall.
God answer my prays and send my a light,
Before I lose myself and give up the fight.
Hope is the only thing keeping me here,
I'm trying so hard not to give into my fears.
Take me away from this place I want a new life,
Take me away all I hate and all this damn strife.
Vivid reflections of my soul turning into dust,
I don't know why I stay but at the moment I must.
To try and make things right because shit does stain,
So wiping the slate clean won't take away the pain.
Even though I am lost and have no idea what to do,
I will face my fate and I will continue my way through.
Just please don't forget my voice encase I need a hand,
And also remember that I need you to help me stand...
