Barely Breathing

The thought of your smile
Brings chills to my spine,
As does the sound of your voice,
Every single time,

With every single tear drop,
I move on in despair,
Walking in silence and sorrows,
Without your knowing or care,

Im sure you have noticed,
As you have many times before,
I am nothing without your charm,
Yet you still will not open the door,

I want to know why,
You do not seem to see my pain,
This horrible nightmare,
Where I have nothing to gain,

My pain is so intense,
And you cannot see it bleeding,
Because every time you are around,
I am barely breathing.
