OBSESSION

by His Biggest Fear   Jan 15, 2007

What is it about you
that draws you to my attention
making me want every piece of you
longing to feel your affection

Your eyes tell it all
the darkness of them
Dark as the starry nights
so hypnotizingly calming
glancingly innocent,
making it so hard to look away

Or maybe its your touch
so teasing and careful
frightened to touch wrongfully
for it can dob the unthinkable

Perhaps its your voice,
sweet sounding and pure
like listening to the rain
softly tapping against the window.

I always listen carefully
taking in the tranquility
ofbyour irresistable voice
As if listening to a sweet song
impossible to ignore

Making my heart melt slowly
just the thought of your simplicity
My eyes are blinded by your beauty
senses numb due to your touch
Youve got me speechless

Wanting you in an unexplainable way
dying to have you
and yet pushing myself away
for i am frightened

Frightened of what might happen
...if i couldnt have you
