Something I have to tell you

Tears glisten down her face; she tries to hide the pain.
Ashamed of what that monster did to her, that night he stole her maiden hood.
Now she has found a new love, still she can't bare to tell him what she hides inside.
Wishing he could have been her first, yet in her heart he is the first and only.
Yearning to tell him, to tell him the truth she writes him this poem.
