She paints a smile one every morning
and wipes it off at night
as she cries herself to sleep
shes a good actress
because no one sees
how much pain she really is in
or how much hurt they caused her
it is too much for her to bare anymore
she's falling off the edge of sanity
loosing grip of reality
they abused her to much
they used her to much
she just wanted to be loved
she just wanted to be needed
she wanted to be the reason
there's smiles on there faces
but this is the last day
she paints a smile on her face

because instead of crying
she swallows the pills with a glass of water
blows a kiss and lays happily down
