Hey Michael. This was good. I just am wondering how did the rose turn from red to white? Was the rose red at first or was it white but stained red from all the love that the guy had for the girl?

Haha just wondering because it would be awesome if the rose was white, yet red. I guess it would depend on the type of rose. But the guy plucking the petals from the red rose to reveal the white centre could symbolize the purity in the love that the two share.

This poem was a good and I liked how it did not ryhme because sometimes rhyme doesn't work. I felt the emotions in the poem and they were strong. I just would recommend a little editing.

I guess that's it. Your poem is beautiful and honest. To me it seems to come from the heart and I really love poems like that. Keep that honesty.
