Purging Life Away

by Nicole   Jan 16, 2007

Stop!
You can't eat that!
Look at all that grease,
Just think of all the fat.

I know you feel so weak.
You haven't eaten in three days.
But how else are you going to get that perfect body?
There can't be any easier way.

You feel so weak
Your head starts spinning.
You can't wimp out now,
It's only the beginning!

That slice of pizza looks so good.
You've been dying to just try it.
No! Throw that crap away,
You'll totally ruin your diet!

But you take a small bite
And feel the guilt sink in.
You screwed up big time!
You let your temptations win.

But it's not over yet.
There's one simple option you can choose.
Just go in the bathroom and shut the door.
Think of all those calories you'll lose.

So now you've got your finger down you throat
As you sit there and purge.
Your head starts to ache but you just can't stop.
You can't fight that forceful urge.

Now don't you feel better?
You did what you had to do.
But now you better wash your face.
It's all full of goo.

Don't listen to those magazines that tell you right and wrong.
You know they aren't true.
So now when you're forced to take a bite,
You know what to do!...

...One week later, and now it's become a habit.
You do it every day.
Not even realizing that you're getting closer to death
And simply purging your life away.
