You cant take ash
and turn it to gold
you knew he was lying
yet all his lies were sold

you stood by his side all time
until he completely earned you
you knew it wouldn't last long
yet you acted like you didn't have a clue

you saw what you wanted to see
yet he was totally different from that
you heard what you wanted to hear
you were so blind and deaf

he was never there
you were blind
you were foolish

you opened your eyes
you saw whats left of you
