If every particle in the universe has a set path through space time then there is a predestined end and when coupled with the idea that time is a relatively flat dimension then something not bound by it's laws could take a step back and look at it as a whole from beginning to end but we can't think of it as affecting our free will because it encompasses our choices as a means to that end because anything you are going to do you are going to do and whatever happens is going to happen and even though there is a destiny for everything in a sense we cannot predict the future with all certainty as that would allow us to alter the already existing end result of the universe creating an impossible paradox. So we can't know everything.
