Can You Hear The Siren Calling?

by Matter Of Fact   Jan 18, 2007

Army sets in
To take everything
That made sense
And turn it on its head
Proud to be reckless
Senseless
Thoughtless drones
Doing one mans work alone

Innocence lost
One soul cost
Fall in
Clear out
Who knows
What this war's about

The war machine sets in
To destroy what could've been
Battle begins
Heads in a spin
Take cover and hope for the best
That your defenses can stand the test

Its a case of Dr Jekyll
And run and Hyde
You won't be their alibi
Stop wasting time
Don't waste our time
They're not organized
You need a sign
Can you hear the siren calling?

Step up
Sit back
Wait for their attack
Don't lose your head
Else you'll be dead
Be prepared
Breathe clean air
We do not want
Graves of mass
When they drop
Their bombs of gas

Numbers depleting
Wounds are bleeding
Morale receding

A true born leader
Is what is needed
For the enemy
To be defeated

Step up
Sit back
Wait for their attack

Call for arms
Raise the alarm
A head on assault
Aimed at their fault
The fate you choose
To win or lose
Comes down to you

The fuse is short
The order tall
Will you save
Or kill them all?
