When you first said "hello"
Showing me that little bear
Had a feeling way down deep
You'd be a man that cared

Never thought when we met
I'd fall in love so fast
My heart opened up to you
I knew my love would last

You were always on my mind
As the nights flew by
Knowing all these feelings
Would someday make me cry

Soon I know you will be gone
Back to your home where you belong
I will be sitting all alone
Listening to the same sad songs

I'll reminisce of days gone by
When you held me in my dreams
When we loved the nights away
Things are never what they seem

Fearing nights when I close my eyes
With you no longer there
No dream lover any where
With whom my nights to share
