Mirror Mirror

Mirror Mirror, you do me no good.
One look at your reflection is like starting a war.
Maybe I should not discuss..
Ahh whatever, I'll give you the tour.

First day is the hardest.
Not gonna lie.
And by the end of the third.
You're flying high.

You may be surprised.
If you get passed the first three days.
And the rest is pretty easy.
Cause the habit definitely stays.

Hunger will soon be no problem.
The results are good.
And soon the mirror.
Shows the reflection that it should.

Now the key to this whole situation.
Is having self control.
If you let it go on for too long.
Your body will certainly take a toll.

After awhile people will start to wonder.
How did you lose so much weight? And Why?
Here in this moment.
Is when you begin to lie.

Your mind will be clear.
For about a month or so.
But after awhile.
Your energy level will get really really low.

Now this is a sure sign.
That you've lost control.
You can either get help.
Or just let yourself go.

The result is either death.
Or the miracle of getting better.
Let's just hope for everyones sake.
That I don't turn out to be a trend setter.
