In the beginning
we were so happy
for months and months
we were so deeply in love
then suddenly everything changed
and it was the end
you did all you could to break me
and i did all i could to save us
you used my soul and broke my heart
over and over the end was so messy
we were over and yet you called looking for the ultimate hurt for me
you sat up at night
thinking of ways to make me cry
as i sat up thinking of ways not to and why is it that i still loved you
I'm over it now but back then

we are through, done we're over
