How Did He Find Her?

by Mousie   Jan 24, 2007

Nose in a book,
Misunderstood,
Deceived by a God
Relied more than she should.

Confused and unwilling
Conceivably so,
No one to turn to
No where to go.

But someone had seen her
Behind the mask she hid,
Cloaked in misbelief
From the darkness she slid.

Her lonely heart
And smiles alone,
Attracted his love
And she made him her home.

He believed in her
When all else had failed,
When she felt so worthless
When the world had bailed.

Now he commends her
In her ups and her downs,
Relieved of her innermost fears
He's sticking with her now.
