The Caskets drawn, and another loved one gone
Across the Sea the same thing maybe taking place.
Since the loss of a loved one, has happened to everyone.
The Grief i have, may not compete.
For every loss someone has endured, times that by ten its not even close.
Losing you, has hurt so bad.
Leaving you, made things worse.
Five years of silence took a large toll.
Eighteen years of love, beats the Five.
Loving every moment of our times.
Thinking of how we could have had more.
Dreaming about what it would have been like.
If i had just listened to you that last night.

(by the way, i hope some really got the concept of this poem, it may be hard to understand. But if you do, it makes it much better) ok well this poem is about a bad relationship between a father and his child! Just to clear things up! :)
