A lost friend, a lost love

We grow up together
but destine to be apart
a friendship forever
and always in the heart
Until one day came
we went our separate ways
who was to blame
different paths to go away
As years pass by
a lost feeling I felt near
couldn't believe my eyes
when I saw her here.
I said to you that I miss you
but it didn't mean nothing to you
I tried to Hug or kiss you
but I felt a sad feeling from you
First I didn't understand
but you were trying to tell me

as a friend forever to be
A strong feeling I had to release
confused and blind, but couldn't see

Knowing there is a child in between

She had moved on with her life
she got tired of waiting
Now she is someones wife
and I'am the one whose regretting
I am the one who should be blame
when I could of stayed
it could of been me with my last name
but her feelings a long time ago faded
I fell in love with our past
when you were so good to me
but good memories never last
as reality comes to be
Time changes everything
until you came to realize
that someone in your life is missing
and later you recognize
