Just One Day

Trying to stand up tall
While falling apart inside
There is not much left
That I can hide

Holding all my feelings in
While my heart begins to break
I don't think
There is much more I can take

As I begin to cry
I sit and wonder
Why, oh why
Did I let you pull me under?

My friends try to comfort me
But I push them away
My life was ruined
In just one day
