Cupid\'s Arrow

If i had just one of cupid\'s arrows
and the perfect shot to make
Then all i\'d need is half a chance
and your heart would be mine to take

And if i shot that arrow perfect
And it led straight to your heart
Then i\'d have everything i wanted
and we would never be apart

But i have found none of cupid\'s arrows
and i am not the perfect shot
but i could give you all my love
for it\'s the only thing i\'ve got

If you gave me that half a chance
I could prove my love to you
And i wouldn\'t need cupid\'s arrow
To make your love for me ring true

But i have no chance of proving
the love i hold inside
But i can swear to you one thing
This love will not subside

I\'ll wait upon an answer
And hope it\'s coming soon
Because i can not wait forever
For a broken heart will be my doom

Or I\'ll hope for Cupid\'s arrow
And pray it hits you deep
Because in my dreams I am yours
And your heart is mine to keep
