I Have A Dream

I have a dream,
And in that dream,
My brother grows old.
He lives longer than time.
He watches the death of humans.
He watches the end of life.
He watches a new world begin.
He watches the little guys win.

I have a dream,
And in that dream,
My brother has children.
He helps them learn.
He watches them laugh.
He watches them play.
He watches them cry.
He watches them try.

I have a dream,
And in that dream,
My brother graduates.
He gets a job.
He gets a house.
He gets a wife.
He gets a life.

I have a dream,
That will never come true,
Because my brother died,
And it was all for you.

    WOW! i loved it. it gave me chills. death by stereo, it says how he dies!! it says "and it was all for you" it was talking about the army, right? hmm. i dont know. but, still. GREAT poem.

    I really liked this poem, one suggestion would be, how did he die? Maybe you could make a second part? or possibly make this one longer. I really enjoyed reading it, keep it up.
