The End Nonetheless

by LadyPearl   Jan 27, 2007

Darkness ravishes it's thirst upon
my Satan borne heart
Knowing eagerly that temptation
was too sweet on my part

This portrait I paint of sheer innocence
Is but a mess of paint
See where the softest touch revolt
A fading last restraint

Belong is a word deserving death too soon
A conspiracy for too long
Tempting temptresses with a wish like mine
When only murder came along

More and more than came less and less
Tainted footprints on the ground
Drinking and laughing till my soul was no more
And utter helplessness was found

Nicely written! The flow of words are amazing... And the depths of imagination are really creative...
