You told me you were leaving,
I swallowed back my tears.
I didn't turn my head,
nor did I avert my eyes.
You looked at me in confusion,
I just shook my head.
You asked if I was okay,
All I could do was stare.
after a moment I whispered,
"I'll cry tomorrow, Today your still here"
