Dilemma

It's never as simple as they say
For words do no justice
I stare at the palms of my hands
The tear drops hit them
And I follow the veins up to my wrists
Maybe I never wanted it enough
Maybe I want it to much
But holding the responsibility
Melts a heart that's disappearing
